Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions following the end of gymnastics. Her Pro Card was awarded a year later at the age of 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. When she quit her gymnastics profession, she began to compete in fitness shows at the age of 16. In the span of a year, she earned her pro card at 17 years old. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took a six-year break from performing after earning her professional card in order to further the education. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete in top-quality contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. By the end of 2009 she had won four health titles. She also became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could complete her degree at college. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel made a successful comeback in the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The show was a success and she finished third. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and came home with 6th place, within the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel says she was more than proud of her performance. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel likes to focus upon her lower back. Her exercises to work her back are bent-over row on the machine with single arm pull downs with lats. Ariel will warm-up prior to working on the sets. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. Ariel accomplishes this by setting all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is kind of routine twice per week one day being lighter weight as well as the second days heavy weight.
